Hi there, I am an experienced, qualified secondary school science teacher based in Coventry. I teach biology, chemistry and physics.

I offer the following tuition:

~GCSE One-to-one online tuition £35 for each 1-hour lesson.

~GCSE One-to-one in person tuition £50 for each 1-hour lesson.

• Suitable for AQA, Edexcel and OCR A exam boards.

~A-Level Biology One-to-one online tuition £50 for each 1-hour lesson.

~A-Level Biology One-to-one in person tuition £65 for each 1-hour lesson.

• Each lesson is self-contained.
• Each lesson will be taught alongside a tailored planned presentation.
• Home learning and practice exam questions provided.
• Sessions ran on Zoom.

Tutoring Experience

I have degree in biology and a PGCE from Warwick University. I have over 10 years experience teaching science in secondary schools.
I have taught KS3 and GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics for many years now and I am experienced at teaching and planning the current curriculum first hand.
I have also under taken additional GCSE physics training from the Ogden Trust to enhance students understanding.
I am also an A-Level Biology teacher teaching AQA syllabus for the last 9 years and many of my students have achieved top grades allowing them to move into further education.
I have been tutoring for several years and have helped many students make great progress in science.

Tutoring Approach

I have a strong awareness of common tricky topics from teaching hundreds of my own students. I will be able to support you with exam strategies to help improve your results and make progress.
I am more than happy to teach lessons or go through questions and exam practice, waking talking mocks, quizzes, or a blend of different learning strategies.
