Unfortunately not a great experience. Don’t like leaving negative feedback. However if your child is desperate for support and at a critical stage in their studies the last thing you need is unreliable tutors.
1st session Christine had forgotten we were coming despite messages just the night before (including requested info on topics to cover) by her own admission she was unprepared for the 1st lesson. And it was cut short.
2nd lesson - again despite messages just two days before to ensure that the day and timing was still ok for her (we were assured yes) my daughter and I arrived at the house to be told by her husband that she was out.
No call back. No apology.

As soon as I returned home and realised my mistake in answering a family emergency call and forgetting to inform my student I tried to ring Charlene on the number I had. There was no answer so I left an apologetic message. I am sincerely sorry for this client's poor experience.

Christine is professional, exceptional with gaining my daughters trust and makes the session interactive so that your child remains interested. A brilliant teacher for my daughter.

I have sent her 2 e-mails; not had a reply. She may be on holiday , as it is half term. If I get nothing back by Saturday, I will ring her.
I don't think feedback ratings are appropriate at this stage.
