I hold a 2:1 degree in German and have 14 years experience as a local German teacher.
I have excellent knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level specifications and will use this to help design lessons that help the learner with these courses.

Tutoring Experience

I have experience in teaching in both local comprehensive and grammar schools. I currently teach part-time at a local grammar school so I am familiar with the new GCSE specification (2024). I am a very patient, nurturing and organised teacher who aims to get the best out of all students.

Tutoring Approach

I tailor lessons to suit the needs of the learner and will cover all the necessary skills and grammar points needed to progress in the language.

I aim to deliver, fun, engaging and interactive lessons allowing students to practice using the language and to help build confidence in the subject.

Lessons will cover a range of skills and activities to get the most out of the session. Students will be able put into practice what is being taught.
