Mathematicians are boring and Pianists are geeks. Both these things are wrong in my case (mostly).

Since the age of 6, I have had a passion for maths and music, and I have continued studying both ever since.

Achieved ARSM Diploma in Piano and I am working towards Grade 8 Saxophone.

Currently I am studying for my Doctorate in Maths at the University of Chester, and I am a visiting lecturer at the University.

With experience working in schools and university, and being DBS Checked, I offer Maths and Piano tuition to learners at a wide range of levels and to ages from 7 and above.

Tutoring Approach

I focus mainly on the content that is currently being taught to the student. I then expand on this topic giving them a head start on future topics and/or more advanced skills in this topic. This not only means they find the current level easier but gives them more confidence when a more challenging question appears in exams.
