My name is Carrie Ann and I am a Music teacher based in Chester.
I am a young, friendly and enthusiastic Music graduate offering tuition in Music, Music Theory and Singing at a variety of levels.
I have many qualifications in Music which include:
- Bachelors in Music and Vocal and operatic studies at The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire
(Offered entrance scholarship and awarded a First Class Honours)
- Masters in Music and Vocal Studies at The Royal Academy of Music
(Offered entrance scholarship and awarded a distinction)
- Advance Diploma in Opera studies at The Royal Academy of Music
(Offered entrance scholarship and awarded a distinction)
I really enjoy working with people of all sorts of ages, ability levels and ambitions, and sharing my passion for learning. I am dedicated, flexible and highly organised, so will work at a pace which suits you. If we sound like a good match, don't hesitate to get in touch!
I have experience teaching tutoring children and young people of a variety of ages.
In my lessons, I aim to make everything as clear as possible by stripping away complex jargon and reinforcing first principles. I have found that this approach not only helps students better understand the content of their subject but also aids them in how to answer exam questions.
