Brianna

I have a First Class Degree in Psychology (BSc with Honours) and I am now completing my Secondary Maths PGCE at the University of Cambridge. I have completed IGCSEs, GCSEs, and A-Level examinations. I have also completed a certificate of higher education in Sociology and Criminology. In addition to University I work part-time in retail and in a bakery, and spend my Summers working at a Summer Camp in the USA. I have a passion for helping others and I’m told I’m naturally bubbly and friendly.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked in Summer Camps from the age of 13 in Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the USA. I also attended a boarding school where I was deputy head of my boarding house, leaving me responsible for the welfare of the younger girls in my house. I have been a teachers assistant, offered tutoring to underprivileged children, and have actively participated alongside charity organisations and volunteering opportunities. I hold coaching qualifications and have offered private tuition for several years now.

Tutoring Approach

I believe every individual is different but no one is not capable. As such, my goal is to find a method of learning best suited to each individual and I aim to motivate them to exceed their own expectations and reach their potential. I treat tutoring as a team effort, working with the tutee to make the experience as enjoyable as possible while also achieving the best possible results.
