I am an experienced Religious Studies teacher, currently teaching in a leading independent prep and secondary school. I have a BA, MA and am a doctor of Theology and a published author - my doctorate has been turned into a book, ‘Apostles Today’.
I am also a qualified TEFL teacher and have taught abroad and in the UK.
Since my first degree I have been involved in teaching primary, secondary and adults in a variety of settings. I am a well established secondary school teacher and currently teach both GCSE and A-level Religious Studies, but have also taught at graduate level as well. In regards to the A-level I have taught Philosophy of religion, Ethics and Development of Christian Thought. As to the GCSE, I have specialised in Roman Catholicism, Islam and Christianity.
I am a trained TEFL teacher with experience teaching abroad and in this country. I have a CELTA qualification.

I am a gifted communicator, able to unpack religious concepts in a simple manner and have a variety of ways to check your understanding and stretch you in your ability. My approach will help you gain confidence in your religious knowledge and enable you to answer exam questions in a successful manner.
