Begum was not able to meet our needs and requirements for our tutoring plan that we have in place for our daughter, so she will not be a suitable match for us. Her terms and conditions were not suited to how we work with all our other long term tutors.

Begum was not able to show this or I discuss this due yp the way you run the service until we had paid the finder fee. Please refund me the finder fee… a we will not be using Bergum for tutoring.

I am sorry that the first tutors booking system was unsuitable for you, and as advised in my email, I can suggest you contact first tutors to arrange a refund of your finders fee. I am reassured to know that this is no reflection on my teaching or tutoring service directly, as you were unable to begin tutoring sessions. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer discounts after the finder’s fee is purchased. I am also not able to change my terms and conditions, particularly payment terms. When paying for a service, you are usually required to pay on the terms of the service provider and in the least, the onus is on you to check their profile for details or ask them when discussing tuition.
