Hi there, I am a current Engineering student studying at Christ's College, University of Cambridge. In 2022, I graduated school as the TOP academic student at King’s College, Auckland NZ. I chose to pursue the CAIE pathway, taking 6 A Levels: Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Biology (all of which I attained an A*). I was also Top in New Zealand for AS Biology, AS Chemistry, AS Thinking Skills, and IGCSE Physics.

On the side I also play piano and guitar, having attained my LTCL piano diploma. Throughout school I also played rugby as part of the school’s 1R team.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored for approximately 4 years, in various subjects to students of various ages. I have tutored students as young as 12 years old in fundamental mathematics and physics, as well as more senior students in A Level Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is to ensure that the student gains a proper understanding of the subject they are learning. Throughout the year, I will also assist the student in building good and more efficient study habits.
If the student wishes, I will also encourage them to partake in academic competitions and assist in preparing them for those competitions.
Throughout the year, I will also go through test papers with the student, showing them how to think and approach specific questions, and aiming to reinforce their understanding of the topic.
