I am an experienced tutor and PhD Student with knowledge covering English literature, history and religious studies, as well as supporting university applications.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored extensively over the past six years and also run workshops, seminars and lead talks as a PhD researcher. Alongside my academic career, I have worked in university administration and have a strong working knowledge of British university admissions procedures.

I have experience tutoring students studying English Literature and Language from primary school to undergraduate level and am well-equipped to tutor in history up to A-Level. This includes helping students achieve their goals at both GCSE and A-Level, following the English National Curriculum. Together, we can develop strategies to make revising easier, review key material to understand it better and practice exam techniques in order that students are well prepared for examinations.

My teaching style is adaptive to student preferences and how you learn best - we can develop a working style that gets the most out of you and guarantees the best pathway to success. With a degree in Education from the University of Cambridge, I have a strong knowledge of effective teaching methods I can implement in our sessions.
