Hello! Maths/Geography enthusiast - I currently work as a Finance Analyst and hold a bachelors degree in Geography. I am an active member of the Royal Geographical Society. My academic journey and career have provided me with a solid foundation in mathematics and geography, both of which I am passionate about sharing with others. Outside of work, I am committed to mentoring and helping students achieve their academic goals, particularly in subjects that I love and have studied extensively.

Tutoring Experience

While my professional experience is rooted in finance and business, I have gained valuable mentoring experience through volunteering with the STEM Ambassador programme. This has allowed me to guide and support many students in developing their understanding of STEM subjects, including mathematics, fostering both their academic growth and confidence. Additionally, my academic background in geography has equipped me with deep subject knowledge and an appreciation for the subject's relevance in our world today. Although I have not formally taught in a classroom setting, my experience as a mentor has enabled me to explain complex topics clearly and patiently, tailoring my approach to meet individual learning needs.

My goal is to help students build confidence in their abilities, develop critical thinking skills, and achieve their academic goals through a combination of clear explanation, practical examples using past papers, and consistent encouragement.
