Anwen was fab in helping my daughter where needed in English and giving good feedback. Thank you.

Our son attained a level 3 in English Language on three occasions prior to Anwen’s tutoring commencing. Although he was certainly more motivated to pass by that time Anwen’s input undoubtedly made a significant difference and, following six or so lessons, he attained a level 4 at his fourth attempt. We wholeheartedly recommend Anwen.

Anwen is lovely and my daughter is really enjoying her sessions with her and is growing in confidence with her English and Maths.

Anwen is always very patient and kind to my daughter. So far we have 6 lessons and I can already see an improvement in her homework. She regularly tells me, "I am going to do it like Anwen says". It has helped my daughters confidence. In the past if she wasn't sure she just panicked now she will have a go at answering everything. For my daughter that is a huge leap forward.

We were very pleased with the help Anwen gave our daughter, she particularly enjoyed the experience and looked forward to the lessons, as well as the homework! She has succeeded in her entrance exams and made significant improvements in her examination techniques, which we believe has given her improved confidence with her current curriculum.

Anwen has a thorough understanding of the requirements of both the 11+ and Common Entrance exams and has been very good for my son helping him to increase his English grades at school. She took time to assess and understand his particular requirements and worked in a calm and methodical manner providing him with successful strategies to improve his results.
