I believe in adapting my teaching methods to each student's unique learning style. I begin by assessing their strengths and weaknesses in the subject matter. Then, I customize lesson plans to address these specific areas. My teaching includes a mix of visual aids, real-life examples, and interactive exercises to make the subject matter relatable and enjoyable, whilst also encouraging questions and discussions as it is essential to reinforce understanding.
