I am looking forward to welcoming new students in preparation for the next academic year.

As a creative and inspiring teacher full of patience and understanding I love explaining new concepts in a way that all students can understand and enjoy.

As a content creator for Save My Exams I spend time analysing examination questions and developing easy to understand revision notes for each topic.

Tutoring Experience

With ten years experience in independent schools around the world I have a passion for developing student confidence and understanding across cultures, languages and examination boards.

I have a PGCE and a Physics degree from the University of Bath, in addition to having taught over 500 wonderful students from all over the globe. This includes 3 years in China, 4 years in Nepal and a year in Ethiopia.

Tutoring Approach

Fun and enjoyment is at the very essence of what I do. I am passionate about the use of educational technologies to enhance my teaching practice. Pear Deck, DESMOS, Quizizz and Wizer allow me to personalise my teaching to each student and clearly detail the learning outcomes students need to know for their examinations.

My use of the Beginning, Developing and Mastering pedagogical approach focusses on learning intentions to allow students to progress methodically through their skills and knowledge.
