I am a specialist teacher of mathematics(Dyscalculia) and fully qualified teacher of secondary mathematics. I have taught mathematics full-time in a number of secondary schools over the last 12 years to a variety of age groups/abilities. When not at work I am usually playing with my two young children or playing guitar.

Tutoring Experience

I currently work at a specialist school for pupils who have specific learning difficulties (dyscalculia, dyslexia, dyspraxia). This is primarily for pupils in KS3 and KS4. I have also taught KS2 mathematics. I have tutored pupils privately at a various ability levels.

I have a flexible approach that responds to the needs and goals of the learner. Whether we are aiming to pass an exam, or just building confidence with the subject.
