I am a fully qualified teacher offering academic tuition, general guidance and support with home learning tasks. I teach all primary subjects and KS3 English, Maths and Science including 7+, 8+, 11+ and 13+ exams. I also tutor GCSE English and Maths. My degree is in English Language. I also work closely with SEND children. I enjoy passing on my knowledge and teaching students new skills.
My teaching experience has enabled me to expand my overall knowledge by introducing me to different situations, pedagogies and opportunities for enhancement. One of my proven strengths has been to set high expectations which simultaneously motivate and challenge pupils to reach their absolute potential. I have accomplished this by establishing a safe learning environment that promotes equal opportunities and highlights the importance of mutual respect in which children must practice between themselves and their tutors alike.
