I currently work at an outstanding Nottingham school with an incredibly successful social science department. I've enjoyed running a range of Social Science departments of up to 200 students and gained amazing results each year. I love teaching and thrive in helping students reach their full potential!
I have taught A-level Sociology, Psychology and Politics for over 15 years in a range of settings. I also have an acute knowledge of sixth form and gaining entry to university through my previous role as head of sixth form. Each year I work with a popular exam board marking A-level Sociology papers, and for many years have enjoyed one-to-one tutoring of tutees both online and in person.
Flexible, friendly and positive. I have tried and tested techniques that have seen both my students and tutees succeed in their exams but work on an individual basis with the needs of each tutee with consideration of what they would like to get out of sessions.
