Committing 100% to each of my clients, I pride myself on delivering top-quality, student-focused tuition, offering flexibility in my services, and mentoring them academically.

My work with children is surrounded on the belief that they are the future, and I am passionate in giving my services for this realisation.

Tutoring Experience

With 14 fruitful years in the teaching domain, I've had the privilege to work with hundreds and diverse groups of children, individually and in group settings, all up to the age of 16.

During my tenure at a tutoring company specialising in Maths, English and Exam Preparation, I was honored with the "Tutor of the Year" award—an accolade graciously bestowed upon me by both parents and children. This role not only involved designing and delivering Maths and English sessions in line with the national curriculum but also ensured that parents were consistently informed of their child's progress.

Tutoring Approach

Every child, I believe, carries a lot of potential. As a tutor, my mission is to gently tap into this reserve, unveiling their inherent strengths and abilities.

My approach merges friendliness with a touch of firm guidance, ensuring I establish a foundation of trust with each student. Initial assessments help me gauge their current proficiency, allowing me to craft a personalized plan complete with tailored goals.

My toolkit consists of handpicked resources from the trusted sources, complemented by custom materials I create to address specific needs.

I champion a holistic approach to tutoring, incorporating strategies such as incentive-based learning. I'm steadfast in my belief that every child can, and should, find joy in the learning process. Through dedicated effort and tailored strategies, I aim to make all lessons as enjoyable as possible.

In addition to my extensive teaching experience, I am also a certified Transformative Coach with Animas Centre for Coaching which is an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognised qualification. This equips me with specialised insights into building confidence and resilience in every learner. With a deep understanding of the psychological aspects of learning and personal growth, I bring a unique blend of teaching and coaching to the table. This dual expertise ensures that each child benefits not just academically, but also emotionally and mentally. For every student I engage with, I wear three hats: that of a teacher, a coach, and a steadfast mentor. By integrating these roles, I ensure a holistic development, helping children rise to challenges with confidence and navigate setbacks with resilience.
