I am a dedicated biomedical scientist with extensive hands-on experience in the field. My academic journey culminated in a PhD, where I focused on developing therapeutic treatments for type 2 diabetes, a subject that I am deeply passionate about. This research has equipped me with a profound understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with managing and treating this prevalent condition.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a rich array of personal interests. I find joy in singing, which allows me to express my creativity and unwind. Additionally, I enjoy shopping, which provides a delightful way to explore new trends and relax. Currently, I reside in the picturesque region of Wales, where I continue to contribute to the scientific community while enjoying the vibrant culture and natural beauty of my surroundings.

Tutoring Experience

During my PhD, I had the rewarding opportunity to mentor and train several final-year students. I guided them in acquiring essential hands-on laboratory skills and supervised their experiments, which were integral to their final year dissertation projects. My mentorship contributed to the success of many students, with several achieving first-class honors upon graduation.

In addition to my mentoring responsibilities, I played a supportive role for module tutors. I assisted in conducting laboratory classes and administering class tests, ensuring that students had a comprehensive understanding of the course material. Furthermore, I was involved in the grading process, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their academic performance.
