I am an experienced science teacher in Havering, teaching at the same school for eight years. I have previously tutored in students homes and also tutor online via google meets.

I have also authored resources for the Oxford University Press and have collaborated with a number of education publications in order to share teaching and learning ideas. This has helped to give me a broader understanding of not just the curriculum but other methods of teaching.

Tutoring Experience

I am an experienced teacher at a school in Havering. Throughout this time I have taught all three of the sciences as both combined and separate sciences to GCSE, with experience of lower attaining pupils to the more able pupils, being able to adapt the content for the individual student to give them the best chance to succeed.

I am more than happy to tutor Key Stage Three or Key Stage Four Science.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that every student is able to succeed in Science but sometimes needs their confidence building in a one to one setting. This allows students to have the belief that they too can be successful. This approach has a proven track record of boosting student grades.
