Personal Description:
I am a working violinist with 15 years professional experience. I trained at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and specialise in classical, traditional Irish and pop music.
Tutoring Experience:
I have 15 years experience teaching in a wide range of environments, including music services in London, private music schools, public state schools and privately. I have had the pleasure of teaching students of all ages and backgrounds.
Tutoring Approach:
I tailor lessons for each student's desired outcomes, incorporating all aspects of musicianship: technique; music theory/note-reading; aural skills; historical context and so on. Any area of particular interest to a student can be explored and nurtured in more detail. Please note that at the moment I teach online only.
